We are now accepting reservations for Weddings & Events for 2009 and beyond. Garden Valley Ranch is a unique, nine-acre rose garden, home to 10,000 rosebushes cultivated for the sale of their blossoms to both individual cut rose lovers as well as the floral trade. |

| The rental fee for the Ranch depends upon the needs of the wedding party, and can range from a simple photography session to a full ceremony and reception, including live music. Available hours are between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Your rental starts at the time the ceremony is scheduled to begin and continues until the last guest leaves. Along with the time for your ceremony and reception, you receive two hours before the wedding for dressing and taking photographs. A parking attendant is included in the initial fee. Extra time is available for an additional hourly fee. Rehearsals are permitted for an hour on the Thursday or Friday preceding the event at no extra charge. A maximum of 150 guests is permitted at the site. Example cost to rent Garden Valley's site: For Saturday weddings during the months of May through October (for other months, the fee is reduced by $500), with the maximum number of guests of 150 is $6000 ($4000 for up to 50 guests, $5000 for up to 100 guests. Fridays and Sundays the fee is $5500 for up to 150 people, $5000 for up to 100, and $4500 for up to 50. Discounts possible for events on other days. The fee includes the tables and chairs listed below as well as one setup and breakdown, use of the Victorian Belevedere, outdoor dance floor, outdoor barbecue, catering kitchen, bride's changing room in historic train depot building, and parking attendant. Fee negotiable for smaller parties, off-season or mid-week events. | ||
| A non refundable deposit of 50% for the event is required to confirm your reservation. The balance of the fee, as well as a refundable $1,000.00 security deposit, is due one month prior to the event. Once the site is booked we can recommend vendors who have been interviewed or worked with extensively and believe they will give you the best choices for quality, service and price.
We recommend that you hire a local licensed catering company for your event. All caterers must be approved through Garden Valley Ranch beforehand.
