Garden Valley produces what is known in the trade as Garden Roses. True Garden Roses are roses that are grown outdoors without cover (not in a greenhouse or shade house). The benefits of growing roses outdoors are that they can be fragrant! We think nothing is more disappointing than to receive a bouquet of roses, take a sniff and detect nothing! Roses not directly touched by the sun develop little or no fragrance. In addition, we are able to grow roses that have many petals, and that will open fully, not just partly open and then die.
No Chemicals!
We do not use any chemicals in the production of our roses. The only things sprayed on our roses is Aerated Compost Tea. Great for the environment, great for our crew, and great for you!
